L'Hotelier Joanaina, S.L and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction which could apply, submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and courts of law corresponding to the address of the user for any questions that could arise or actions taken which derive from the provision of the Web site service and from the services and contents regarding the interpretation, application, fulfilment or breach of what is laid out in these conditions. Should the user reside outside Spain, L'Hotelier Joanaina, S.L and the user, expressly waving any other jurisdiction which may apply, submit themselves to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
